Mevlude Arifova
Laboratory Supervisor
Mevlude completed her undergraduate program at SUNY New Paltz in Molecular and Cellular Biology and received her masters in Clinical Embryology at Leeds University in the UK. She's been working in the field for 10 years now and has helped countless people on their journey to parenthood. Mevlude began at RMA of NY as an assistant and was later promoted to Junior Embryologist. After 2 years she moved to LA and worked at Southern California Reproductive Center for 8 years where she completed her training as a senior embryologist.
"I enjoy working in fertility because we are fortunate enough to create miracles and spread hope for patients wanting families. We get to be the baby's first babysitters and nurture them during their developmental process in the laboratory."

Graduated with a BS in Biological Science from University of Hartford and Clinical Laboratory Science from Marist college. Previously worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering in research as research lab tech and their blood bank as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist. Recently finished completed a Master’s in Reproductive Clinical Science- Andrology & Embryology from EVMS.

Jianjun Hu

Being a member of a warm team, Jianjun loves taking care of eggs/embryos under microscopes and enjoys exploring secrets of oogenesis, spermatogenesis and gametes maturation.

Shanzey Amir
Embryologist
Shanzey Amir is a Junior Embryologist at Generation Next Fertility. “Working in a lab with such brilliant and supportive mentors has not only been an incredible opportunity, but also a joyful experience as we help our patients become parents.” Shanzey is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Reproductive Clinical Sciences with the hopes of furthering her career in Embryology.

Jason Herde is a junior embryologist at GNF. He was recently promoted from being an Andrologist and Endocrine Technologist. "Having the opportunity to be a part of the journey for our patients is truly gratifying. I love being part of a team that combines science and compassion to provide optimal care. The best moment is when we receive that picture of a baby from a patient and its cheers and celebrations among the staff!"

Juan Morotti works as a Junior Embryologist at Generation Next Fertility. Javiera is a recent graduate from the University of Connecticut where she studied Molecular and Cellular Biology. During her undergraduate, she was Vice President of the Chemistry Club, worked as a Residential Assistant and for the Benton Museum of Art, and conducted cell motility research in the Lee Lab of the MCB Department. In her free time, she enjoys reading, meditating, and making art.
