It’s All About Timing!
In a timed intercourse cycle, you will be monitored at the office with bloodwork and ultrasound to see approximately when you will be ovulating, and the physicians can then recommend which days would be best to have sexual intercourse. You may also take some medication to help with production of a follicle and timing of ovulation. Oral pills, like clomid and letrozole, are easy to get at the pharmacy, but the trigger shot may require a specialty pharmacy.
