Job Description
Generation Next Fertility is seeking a highly-motivated Sales & Marketing Manager with minimum of 3-4 years of digital and traditional marketing experience as well as 2-3 years of outside sales experience. Healthcare marketing experience preferred but not required.
As a hybrid position connecting both sales and marketing activity, responsibilities will include supporting marketing strategies and tactics that drive patient acquisition and developing relationships with key referring providers such as OBGYN’s and urologists.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new patient referral and retention strategies and tactics
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns, manage from implementation to creative development, deployment, and analytical reporting
• Produce engaging and credible content for website and social pages on a weekly basis that attracts and converts our target groups
• Collaborate closely with professional relations manager on HCP marketing
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaign activity accordingly
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and analysis
• Build strategic relationships with key referring providers, industry players and vendors.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals monthly
Requirements
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and hands on attitude.
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and impactful communication.
• Experience working with Google AdWords and Analytics platforms.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
• Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and sales.
• Track record of related experience and success.
