Dr. Meaghan Jain, is a reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist dedicated to patient-centered fertility care, reproductive education, and equity in treatment. Joining Generation Next Fertility in September 2026, Dr. Jain brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to reproductive medicine, grounded in the belief that patients should feel informed, supported, and empowered as they make decisions about their care.

Currently completing her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Montefiore’s Institute for Reproductive Medicine and Health, Dr. Jain’s path to fertility medicine was shaped by her early experiences on labor and delivery, where witnessing both the joy of new life and the grief that can accompany reproductive care left a lasting impression. She was drawn to fertility care because of the profound emotional burden patients often carry after months of negative pregnancy tests, prior failed treatments, or unexpected challenges on the path to building a family.

Dr. Jain sees herself as a guide rather than the decision-maker, helping patients understand their options while honoring their individual goals, values, and lived experiences. Her academic and clinical background includes recognition with the Leo Davidoff Award for Excellence in Medical Student Education, the SREI Resident Award for Excellence in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and Valedictorian honors from Union College. With research and publications focused on reproductive outcomes and equity in fertility care, Dr. Jain brings a valuable perspective to our mission of providing modern, individualized fertility care centered on each patient’s biology, autonomy, and future.
