From the beginning, Generation Next Fertility was designed to do things differently. Founded in 2017 in the heart of Manhattan by Dr. Edward Nejat and Dr. Janelle Luk, the clinic was built on a shared vision to elevate both the quality of care and the patient experience.
Our mission is to redefine fertility care for the next generation of parents through a deeply patient-centric approach. With a full range of fertility and preservation services, we tailor each and every plan with our patients’ biology, goals, and comfort in mind.
The Story Behind Generation Next Fertility
Our physicians take the time to understand the story behind each patient’s fertility journey, investigate thoroughly, and explain in a way that feels clear, honest, and meaningful: allowing our patients to make decisions with confidence and support.
As our community has grown, so has our ability to serve our patients with greater access and specialized care. We’ve expanded beyond Manhattan with locations in Garden City, Hartsdale, and Great Neck to make high-quality fertility care more accessible and convenient for patients across the metro area.
This has also allowed us to deepen our areas of expertise: including the expansion of our third-party reproduction program under the leadership of Dr. Jesse Hade, the exploration of innovative therapies to rejuvenate fertility, and the integration of emerging technologies through artificial intelligence. Our willingness to think beyond conventional approaches allow us to individualize care at a level most clinics cannot.
