“Could a simple platelet injection really help boost fertility?”

That’s what we’re trying to discover at Generation Next Fertility and preliminary results are promising…

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is made from a simple blood draw and has been used for decades to treat sports injuries, restore hair, reduce wrinkles, and more. The natural healing properties of platelets have a wide range of applications, and now PRP is finally being studied for its potential use in rejuvenating the ovaries.

This cutting-edge study looks at the difference between embryos that were made with the PRP injection and embryos that were made without it, using artificial intelligence to monitor that development.

Both cycles are tracked using CHLOE EQ™: a high-tech incubator that uses AI (artificial intelligence) to monitor embryo development and assess embryo quality. Through this technology, each participant gets exclusive access to livestream their embryos in the incubator directly through their smartphone and receive a time-lapse video at the end plus a detailed report.

Generation Next Fertility is proud to be the very first clinic in New York City to offer Fairtility’s CHLOE EQ™ technology for our patients.

Study participants must be between the ages of 18 and 47 at the time of enrollment, medically eligible for both IVF & PRP, willing to complete two cycles, and have adequate ovarian reserves.

For those who are self pay, the out of pocket cost is $17,000 for the 2 Personalized IVF Cycles plus 2 Ovarian PRP Injections, Embryo Testing, and the CHLOE A.I. Embryoscope.

Personalized Protocols

Every part of this study is built around your individual biology and goals. That means your IVF cycles are fully customized, from medications to fertilization method, and both are supported by advanced imaging and the latest in reproductive technology.

The heart of this study is a treatment called ovarian PRP (platelet-rich plasma). It’s a simple, quick procedure that uses your own blood to support your ovaries between IVF cycles. Here’s how it works:

– These platelets are gently injected into your ovaries under ultrasound guidance.

– A small amount of your blood is drawn from your arm.

– That blood is processed to isolate platelets, which are cells known to help heal and restore tissue.

The hope is that this natural infusion of healing cells will improve your next cycle by supporting the environment where eggs grow. This is what the study aims to understand.

During an IVF cycle, stimulation protocols are used to produce as many high quality eggs as possible. Your stimulation plan will be tailored just for you.

Medications and dosing are chosen based on what works best for your hormone levels, egg count, age, and medical history. Some people respond best to conventional IVF, while others do better with a milder or even natural approach. Our team will walk you through every option so you feel confident and comfortable.

Once your eggs are retrieved, we’ll help you choose the best method to fertilize them to create embryos. There are several methods we can use, and your doctor will help you choose the one that’s best for your specific situation.

If you’re interested in testing your embryos for chromosomal health following fertilization, you can choose to add PGT-A (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy) to either or both of your IVF cycles. Testing can help identify which embryos are most likely to lead to a healthy pregnancy.

This can include conventional insemination or more advanced techniques like ICSI and PICSI. Zymot is an add-on fertilization method which filters sperm through channels to help select the highest quality sperm. Each method has its own benefits, and our team will help explain which one may be best for your embryos.

Once your embryos begin to grow, they’ll be carefully monitored using the CHLOE EQ™ incubator.

This cutting-edge incubator uses time-lapse imaging and artificial intelligence (AI) to take continuous photos of each of your embryos. The CHLOE technology then generates a numeric “embryo quality” score, called the EQ™ score. This EQ™ score can then help guide decisions about freezing, testing, and transferring the embryos with the best chance of success.
