As a single mom by choice trying to have a baby can be a lonely and isolating journey. Starting at 40 I had some bumps in the road as it turns out my egg quality wasn’t the best and I was faced with what it means to have faith. I had to go through blood, sweat, and tears but I made it. I now have my miracle baby (born 32 weeks) who was the best decision I’ve ever made in my life. She is my moon, stars, and sun, and brings such joy to my life and everyone she meets. Thanks GNF for bringing my biggest dream of my life to fruition. Couldn’t have done it without Dr. Luk and Dr. Nejat!

Stay positive and don't give up hope

We were having a tough time getting pregnant after trying for 6 months. My general practitioner referred me to Dr. Luk and Dr. Nejat. We did one retrieval and had 3 viable embryos. As suggested by Dr. Luk, I had to have a few surgeries to remove fibroids until my uterus was clear. The first transfer the following year didn’t work. Then the year after, I did another transfer on our last two embryos. After two years of trying, we finally had success with our first child a healthy and happy baby girl. To our surprise, we were pregnant again naturally with our son 3 months later and both kids now 1 and 2 years old are a handful (almost Irish twins born 1 year and 1 week apart). We couldn’t be happier even though, we are super tired all the time with our hands and house full. Thank you Dr. Luk and Dr. Nejat for giving us a family.

Stay positive and stay focused. You are in good hands and all will work out in time.

I loved about GNF that I always felt taken care of. Every single member of the staff is kind, compassionate and attentive. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and they made sure that I felt comfortable. Our baby is strong, healthy and perfect in every way thanks to them.

Don't give up. If you're not having success, seek help and run every test to rule anything out. Infertility is full of unknowns and uncertainties but the journey will be well worth it. Don't give up.

We struggled for a couple years before getting the help from GNF. There were a few ups and downs but we now have our rainbow baby, Luna.
